How we work

A controlled process.
From inspection to handover.

Every element, defect and working environment is different. Our method creates a clear path from the first assessment to a result that can be inspected and documented.

Start with an assessment

Four stages

Clear decisions.
Controlled results.

Before work begins, we define what can realistically be achieved, how it will be done and how the finished result will be checked.

Step 01

Assessment

We inspect the element, identify the problem and establish the expected finish.

  • Material, surface and damage assessment
  • Access, surroundings and site conditions
  • Comparison with drawings, samples or agreed requirements
Result: a clear understanding of the defect, repair possibilities and limitations.

Step 02

Process design

We select the method, tools and working sequence before touching the finished element.

  • Grinding, repair or finishing method
  • Tools, diamond systems and repair materials
  • Target appearance and quality checkpoints
Result: an agreed plan with a realistic expected outcome.

Step 03

Execution

The work is carried out in controlled stages with quality checks throughout the process.

  • Protection of adjacent surfaces and work area
  • Grinding, repair and finish correction
  • Ongoing checks of geometry, texture and appearance
Result: precise remedial work with fewer surprises at final inspection.

Step 04

Handover

We inspect the completed work and communicate the final result clearly.

  • Final visual and technical quality check
  • Photographic documentation when required
  • Care, protection or next-step recommendations
Result: a verified finish and a clear basis for project handover.

Start with the right information

Send photos.
We will assess the next step.

Include photographs, the element type, location and a short description of the expected finish. We will let you know what information is needed before work can be planned.
